The Coordinator-Curriculum Services is responsible for coordinating the administration and maintenance of the School of Medicine approved curriculum software programs. Act as Chief Proctor to manage and oversee all duties for proctoring of computer-based testing for School of Medicine academic programs. Performs departmental administrative and clerical tasks for the department of Testing & Curriculum Services. Updates and maintains curriculum calendar; performs data entry; assists in maintaining Faculty, Staff and Student roster; and processes forms. Performs other duties as needed.Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum three years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Minimum one year of administrative or secretarial support required.
Thorough understanding of curriculum maps, evaluations, and assessments and their role in the educational process. Understanding of the curriculum (one45) and assessment (LiveText) software for daily maintenance. Ability to support software users. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Computer keyboard typing. Skills with Microsoft Office software. Basic calculator math skills. Maintain appropriate & professional behavior with supervisor, administrative level personnel and students. Be willing to work as part of a collaborative team across departments. This involves understanding & respecting roles, duties & responsibilities of team members. Behaving in a professional and supportive manner to students. Ability to manage, organize and prioritize directed tasks that may change each day. Ability to perform multiple tasks. Ability to document and maintain a history of activities, in essence, to have good memory of when tasks have been assigned. Able to hear and read as needed for office clerical work.
