Job Description:



The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for successfully and efficiently managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. The representative will be able to follow communication scripts, workflow processes, and act as a liaison between the organization, our patients, customers, and payers. The representative will also be able to change course and direction quickly and efficiently in an everchanging environment.

Qualifications/Education/Licensure:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of one (1) year of inbound or outbound calling experience in a call center, medical office/clinic, or institutional setting.
